Learning Futures Cologne, Executive Knowledge Exchange
Join the iVentiv community at Microsoft's Cologne offices for two special days of conversation at the 300th iVentiv Executive Knowledge Exchange.
In 2009, Cologne hosted the first ever iVentiv event for Heads of Learning. Russell Butler (CEO & Founder) started the business with a view to moving away from 'sit and listen' conferences to create a more interactive and impactful Learning event. One participant at that first event wrote afterwards:
"The level of participants’ insight and experience was outstanding. Small group of participants made for very effective exchanges and networking and effective exchange of insights. Very good mix of facilitation methods and high degree of interactivity made this a refreshing and truly value-added experience." - Deputy Head of HR, Toyota
Since that first event, iiVentiv has become the market leader in events for senior executives. After 300 events, the conversational format and collaborative spirit means that iVentiv maintains an all-time event satisfaction score of 93% from attendees around the world.
This landmark event is no different. As always, there is a maximum of 40 attendees and every session is led by you. Every topic and question is shaped around your goals and priorities so that you can share ideas and take away real-world examples.
The two-day conversation includes:
- Collaborative Cafés, Breakout Conversations, and Peer Coaching designed ot get you interacting
- Dedicated time to network with your fellow Heads of L&D
- Workshops with experts and thought leaders
Last year, participants gave this event an overall satisfaction score of 96% and attendees included Global L&D leaders from Google, Siemens, T Systems and more. At the invitation of Sven Gerritsen (Head of Employee Learning) and the L&D team at Microsoft, the conversations will take place at Microsoft for the second year running.
This event is free to attend for senior leaders at multinational companies but spaces are limited. Register today to avoid disappointment.
