How do we use personal data

Registering and consenting for iVentiv to use the personal data you provide, requires that you understand how we use personal data. iVentiv will use the personal data in your user profile to help ensure that any marketing we direct to you via post, telephone, email, social media and SMS is both relevant and informative. As part of iVentiv's community of excellence, if you have attended an event we will share your contact details with participants who attended the event. Occasionally, pre-event-questionaire responses are aggregated and used to produce reports about trends and to ensure event content is as relevant as possible. This may include anonymised quotations to highlight specific trends or concerns. Any responses will be anonymised when producing reports or any other materials.

Images & Video

When registering for an iVentiv event, you consent to iVentiv using photographs and/or video recordings captured at this or previous events including images of you both internally and externally to promote iVentiv events. These images could be used in print and digital media formats including print publications, websites, advertising, video, social media, and research purposes. It is also understood that the image - or any copy of it - may not be given to any third party beyond the need for the above-stated use.

Your rights

You have the right to request to see a copy of the information we hold about you and to request corrections or deletions of the information that is no longer required. You can ask iVentiv to stop using your images at any time, in which case it will not be used in future publications but may continue to appear in publications already in circulation.

Publishing

Research by iVentiv may be published online, through smartphone applications or in print. Any data we use for research and trend analysis is anonymised to protect your privacy. Quotations or data points used in our reports will not be linked to specific individuals.
