iVentiv’s Learning & Talent (L&T/2010), Executive Knowledge Exchange (iEKE) will provide a comprehensive overview of organisational Talent Management and Learner Development initiatives for 2010.

This session will be chaired by Deloitte's visionary Global Chief Learning Officer, Nick van Dam.  Other contributions will come from industry leaders such as BP, Nestlé and Panasonic and there will also be an opportunity for an open exchange with the European Commission.

The emphasis of this session will be firmly on knowledge sharing and interactive and open discussions.  As the Head of Honda’s Training Institute has stated, iVentiv’s "open and informative format” enables “a real exchange of knowledge."

Once more the participants at this iEKE will be organisational Director/VP's with an average of 100,000 employees.  This ensures an exceptional peer group knowledge exchange.
