Each year iVentiv’s Learning Technologies, Executive Knowledge Exchange examines the evolution in technology from the perspective of the CLO.  If we look back just five years the learning technology landscape looked very different.  However, it is also essential that we look forward five years and make sure we are ready to take advantage of the opportunities offered to us by technology.

As competitive boundaries shift and power moves increasingly towards the BRIC countries it is essential that multinational businesses evolve to keep on top of change.  Understanding, managing and utilising technology across all areas of the business is essential in remaining competitive and L&D is no exception.  Those who understand technology and work to predict the evolving work environment will be ready for the future.

At iVentiv’s 3rd Learning Technologies, Executive Knowledge Exchange CLOs will lead discussions on:

  • The future learning context (Deloitte)
  • Extended enterprise learning (Charles Jennings, GlaxoSmithKline, L'Oreal, Credit Suisse)
  • L&D innovations (Ericsson)
  • Multi-platform collaboration (HEC Paris)
  • Mobile, knowledge & communications (LINE)
  • The role of technology in developing nimble organisations (Google).

If you are new to iVentiv you should expect a group of about forty senior Learning Executives (65% VP / 35% Director level, average company size 100,000 employees) collaboratively discussing around the unique iVentiv hollow square.

Unlike traditional conferences iVentiv’s executive exchanges provide a fully immersive, interactive and personalised learning experience for a pre-selected group. Through a fully interactive combination of 'Pecha Kucha' sessions, keynote summaries, workshops, collaboration cafés and discussion groups this event will involve all participants in a personalised knowledge exchange to drive real learning.

So, if you are responsible for Learning & Development within your organisation and would like to join us for this free exchange please simply complete the free online registration form and we look forward to meeting you in Basel.
