iVentiv's 3rd Executive Development, Executive Knowledge Exchange took place in Munich on the 14th-15th November 2011.  This event has become the place where Global Learning Directors come together to share ideas, benchmark and set the future Executive Development agenda.

This year's session opened with a broad examination of the business challanges which lay ahead - to provide the context for the two day discussion.  Executives from the world's leading organisations such as IBM, Capgemini, Daimler, Coca-Cola, Hertz, Telefonica, BMW and HSBC were amongst the participants.  Topics discussed included Integrated Talent Management, Going Further with Executive Learning Initiatives, Connecting Executive Development with the Business, The Acceleration Trap (Corporate Burnout) and Leveraging Values & Culture for Success.

Unlike traditional conferences iVentiv's Executive Knowledge Exchanges provide a fully immersive, interactive and above all personalised learning experience. Through a fully interactive combination of 'Pecha Kucha' sessions, keynote summaries, workshops, collaboration cafe’s and discussion groups this event engaged all participants in an executive exchange to drive real learning.
