iVentiv - What?Mirroring the collaborative nature of web 2.0 technologies, iVentiv’s Executive Knowledge ExchangesTM (iEKE’s) are designed to bring a highly-focused executive group together for knowledge sharing, collaboration and development.  Designed to sit at the opposite end of the interactive spectrum from traditional conference formats, our iEKE’s stimulate participants through highly interactive learning exchanges.  The key focus is on ‘learning by doing’ and this process begins prior to the event thanks to the online networking activities.
 
iVentiv - How?Wiki’s, Blogs, Podcasts and Forums are utilised to build pre-event content and to discover the core strengths and interests of the participants.  This information is then used to shape the content, structure and direction of the iEKE.  The agenda for an iVentiv iEKE is designed as a WikiAgenda, so participants can make direct modifications and submissions which will be subject to peer review.
 
iVentiv - Why?iEKE’s are designed to draw upon the cumulative skills and knowledge of all participants and to build this knowledge into the mind-set of all participants (see event attendees).  This knowledge exchange is coupled with the input of thought leaders and pioneers through appropriate tutorials, workshops and, where necessary, presentations (see iEKE Sessions).  Through harnessing the knowledge of the participants in such a way, and through customising the event through the WikiAgenda, the iEKE ensures the most relevant learning, connecting and developing can take place.
