The Keynote session is utilised to set the ‘keynote’ or key-themes and topics by which all participants will be able to ‘tune-in’ to the event. The keynote speaker is selected on the basis of complete knowledge and comprehension of the underlying theme of the event and will be utilised to clarify this with all participants..png){kind=small}
These sessions will be delivered in the manner deemed most appropriate to the audience. On most occasions this will be in a lecture style format with question and answer / discussion sessions at the close. The focus of the session will be on the audience learning from the knowledge and experiences of the speaker..png){kind=small}
The keynote is utilised to set the underlying themes of the event, and to ignite debates and discussions amongst the participants. Frequently, this session will provide a basis for all other discussions, case-studies and breakout sessions to build upon. In addition, the question and answer period at the close of the session can allow the speaker to reflect on their presentation, whilst allowing the audience to clarify any finer points.
