The presentation format is utilised to convey specific relevant case-studies, or to push the boundaries of current thinking. The key feature of these sessions is a more structured presentation of an idea/concept or relevant case-study. A presentation will normally be run by knowledge leaders and/or those with specific experience which is deemed highly relevant to the audience. .png){kind=small}
These sessions will be delivered in the manner deemed most appropriate to the audience. On many occasions this will be in a lecture style format with question and answer sessions at the close. Research frequently shows that leaders within multinational enterprises face similar challenges, however the way in which these challenges are overcome is seen to vary greatly across industries and sectors. A presentation by a peer group member can enable the audience to empathise with the speaker and to learn from their successes and failures. In addition, the question and answer period at the close of the session can allow the speaker to reflect on their presentation, whilst allowing the audience to clarify any finer points.
