Presently we are seeking Participant Sales Consultants, Sponsorship Sales Consultants and we have Internship positions available.
Participant Sales Consultants (Full & Part-Time Positions Available)
You will be responsible for identifying relevant participants, making telephone contact with them, presenting the company and event in a relevant manner and processing registrations. Participants will be of a senior VP/Director level and you will be comfortable conversing with such persons and demonstrating product and industry knowledge.
A keen self-starter you will be eager to learn and absorb the information and knowledge around you and focused on hitting the targets set for you. You will be a strong individual capable of keeping to deadlines under pressure whilst still focusing on teamwork as the key to organisational success.
Requirements:
- Articulate, clear and concise telephone manner;
- Bachelors degree preferably within a business, economics or marketing discipline;
- Experience, or advanced knowledge of the training and development industry is a definite plus;
- Languages beyond English are also valuable;
- Willingness to travel internationally.
Salary is commensurate with experience and consists of a base salary with an un-capped commission structure.

Sponsorship Sales Consultants (Full & Part-Time Positions Available)
You will be responsible for identifying relevant sponsors, making contact with them on the phone, presenting the company and event in a relevant manner and negotiating and closing deals. You will identify Sponsors who fit accurately with the focus of the event and meet the needs of the Participants. Relevant Sponsor contacts will be of a senior Director level and you will be comfortable conversing with such persons and demonstrating product and industry knowledge. You will also be confident in face-to face presentations.
An enthusiastic mindset will be coupled with excellent product and industry knowledge. A clear focus will be required on hitting the targets set for you. You will be a strong individual capable of keeping to deadlines under pressure whilst still focusing on teamwork as the key to organisational success.
