More on being a Facilitator
The role of the facilitator is to enable the participants to collaborate, discuss and achieve synergy through developing structure and maintaining a process. Throughout this role neutrality should be maintained, thus advocating fair, open and inclusive discussions to meet the session objectives. The facilitators goal is to assist and enable the group to achieve exceptional discussion, insight and learning.
